Sewer Replacement and repair are two of our specialties. In a replacement; we trench the yard from the house to the city main (usually located in the back yard within a few feet of the property line). A clean-out is installed to access the line outside, and we try to always replace the tap on the city main. We use three excavators with over 60 years of combined experience.
Sewer replacements are challenging to quote sight unseen, given every yard is different… i.e landscaping, concrete patios, fences etc..
Take in to consideration though, that very few plumbers are also landscapers. We do our very best to put the yard back as it was, but Kansas soil rarely cooperates.
